This is to inform you that by its resolution no. 5352/2017 issued on 16 November 2017 the Hungarian Energy and Public Utility Regulatory Authority (HEA) approved the „Rules of Auction” submitted by MVM Partner Zrt. as a Licence Holder identified as Significant Market Power pursuant to the HEO resolution no. 747/2011.
The next Auction of MVM Partner Zrt. will be held on 14 November 2018 for the delivery term from 1 January 2019 to 31 December 2021 where yearly and monthly products will be offered.
The Auction will be organized within the regulatory framework of the „Rules of Electricity Auction” as approved by the above resolution of HEA through the electronic platform „POWERFORUM”.
Basic deadlines relating to the Auction and the scope and quantity of products to be offered are specified in the „Invitation to Bid”.
The Auctioneer reserves the right to make a decision at its sole discretion on holding or postponing the Auction if a significant hindrance factor arises.
We draw the attention of the Inquirers to study the “Invitation to Bid” and the “Rules of Electricity Auction” and its annexes and to obtain the documents required for the registration as soon as possible.
The Inquirers are requested to download and use documents attached to the present announcement.
This is to inform you that pursuant to Article 8. of Regulation (EU) No 1227/2011 of the European Parliament and of the Council on wholesale energy market integrity and transparency (REMIT) following the 7th of April 2016 Auctioneer shall report all quantities awarded as a result of the Auction to the Agency for the Cooperation of Energy Regulators (ACER). The awarded quantities (separately per Auction Sections and Stages) shall be reported as standard contracts, using the Table1 format attached to the Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) No 1384/2014. The Auction Documentation is requested to be sent by post to 1031 Budapest Szentendrei út 207-209 as earlier. In case of personal or courier delivery the documents are to be sent to the address: MVM Partner Zrt., Auction Coordination Department, „Váci Corner Office” building, 1138 Budapest, Váci út 144-150., 7th floor.
Regarding the delivery of the documents please note that 22-23 October and 1-2 November 2018 are public holidays in Hungary!
