On September 19, 2025, Fitch Ratings published
the results of its annual credit rating review of MVM. In the statement the
rating agency reaffirmed MVM’s ‘BBB’ rating, with an unchanged stable outlook.
MVM maintains its investment grade rating based on its integrated business
model and solid financial performance.
With today’s announcement, Fitch joins Moody’s
and S&P Ratings, which also affirmed MVM’s investment grade rating, as
previously announced.
